Meet The Face Behind Symtec Maintenance Limited

I’m Sam Bonnici, the proud owner of Symtec Maintenance Limited. I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

From a young age, I was exposed to the cleaning industry and saw the joys of helping others. I was also taught the advantages of being self-sufficient and allowed to run a business temporarily, on my own, while the owner was away. I soon discovered it was something I was good at and enjoyed, so I decided this was something I wanted to do with my life and opened my own cleaning company.

Now twenty-five years later, competition has increased in the cleaning business, and the industry standards are much higher. I learned the importance of consistency early on and was easily able to keep my clients happy. With my excellent customer service and genuine care for their well-being, they keep coming back to me, no matter what my competition has to offer.

The most enjoyable part of my job is the chance I get to interact with so many different types of people. Owning my own business has also allowed me to run my business with integrity, and I am incredibly thankful for the flexibility it allows me.

As an individual, I believe what sets me apart from others is my accountability, responsibility, and commitment to diversity in business and personal life.

I attribute my success to my hard work, dedication to my trade, and my never-say-die attitude towards every challenge that has come my way.

Building a loyal customer base and moreover making relationships that last generations has given me immense satisfaction over the years.

When I am not at work, I enjoy playing the drums. Pre-COVID, I would regularly play with my band, which I love and hope to do again soon.

I also believe in giving back to society and, as part of that belief, regularly contribute towards my local children’s hospital, and have a passion for helping kids in need.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things that matter to me and how they influence my business.
